Rogue One: A History of Star Wars, also known simply as Rogue One is a liveaction movie Star Wars, the first of the series of anthologies films, which will be released on 16 of December of 2016. The film features the direction of Gareth Edwards and is produced by Kathleen Kennedy, president of Lucasfilm. Gary Whitta produced the first draft of the script in the tanscurso of 2014, and Chris Weitz completed the script in 2015. The film is based on an idea by John Knoll, Visual Effects Supervisor General of Industrial Light & Magic. The soundtrack of the film will be composed by Michael Giacchino, which will be the first liveaction film in the canon official Star Wars that has no music of John Williams.
